How To Use the Form: A Step-By-Step Guide
- Step 1: Let us know whether you’re a new customer or a returning customer. Returning customers will be able to skip most of the remaining steps so that they can get their appointment set even quicker.
- Step 2: Tell us a little more about your vehicle. Fill in the year, make, and model and we’ll toss up an estimated mileage. If that’s not correct, you can adjust the mileage to be more accurate. Or, if you prefer, you can use your VIN instead.
- Step 3: Tell us whether you need to use the Mechanical Service Department or the Quick Service Department. For either one, you’ll find a number of service options to select from. Or, write a couple of sentences to let us know what kind of service your car, truck, or SUV needs. You can select multiple services, as well.
- Step 4: Let us know if you need us to arrange transportation options, and then find a date and time that work for you. Our service department is open Monday through Saturday, with long hours that make it easier to find a time that works for you.
- Step 5: Fill out your contact information so we know how to reach you. Then, confirm your appointment and head in when the day comes!
